The Bday party went well, 19 of us got together at a BBQ Place. I cut up the hog today, I cut as much "stew meat " sized pieces as I could to Pressure Can. Got 6 quarts from hams and a little bit from the shoulders.. Cut and vac packed the back straps and tenderloins. Ground all the trimmings into burger..The neck shot with the 30-06 messed up most of the neck meat.. my Digital pressure canner is going now, pork nrice and pulled BBQ will be made from the canned meat..
