We processed the meat this afternoon. I de-boned the quarters and cut meat into pieces to grind. Showed him how to prep the backstraps and vac pac them.. I let him grind the burger and vac pac the burger meat. Everything went well.. I'm pretty sure him and his wife are having some for supper tonight. I made my wife Tony's Clam chowder..
