Way it is crouched I am thinking mountain lion. I will go look for tracks when I get off of work. Way to close for comfort if that is what it is. Photos just prior to this one are of deer running off

I was thinking bigger than Bobcat. The crouched position of the back leg and the rolled front shoulders make me think cat. Only time you see a dog in such a posture is when they are cowering down
