I Found My Mojo Baby, Yeah!
Austin Powers reference lol. Hunted doves for the first time with a mojo dove. I’d heard good things and decided to give it a try.
All I can say is wow, they definitely work! Got a limit in 2 hours. To be fair, I had scouted a few days prior, so I knew I was in a good spot. That said, the mojo definitely helped funnel them within range.
Had a great time and was the first real field test for my Browning BPS. Been shooting skeet with it this year to improve my shooting skills and it helped tremendously. I was confident pulling the trigger and putting em down with authority!!
Felt good to really put the hammer down on em! Icing on the cake was it was in dads old truck that we used to hunt doves in as a kid. I haven’t hunted doves in 15 years and forgot what fun I have been missing out on! Wish dad could’ve seen it. I will definitely be going again next year when I heal up from open heart round 2.
