    Squirrel ain’t terrible bad eats , Rabbits are better in my opinion, rabbits don’t get tough when they are large ones
    Pressure cooked squirrel quarters with cabbage and veggies is pretty good

    Swiss squirrel is in a slow cooker, pepper, onions,homemade gravy. Very tender and tasty.

    2 for 3 this morning. Missed a cookie shot after these 2. Tails prepped for tying. Shaved a few squirrels (for dubbing) but not their tails Imagine it's much like a coon. They resemble a cat when cooked.

    We have some white ones near here and of course the normal gray but I don’t think I’ve ever seen black squirrels before. Very cool. And DSJ is right they will make awesome jigs.

    Pretty sure ours off limits too but they aren’t albino. They are a white variant of the eastern gray squirrel. I know Brevard NC has a bunch of them.
