    had em down to one on our place a few months ago , put the screws to em and got em into the running scared mode we thunk ......
    seems maybe they were off doing the make some more corn bandits to me ....
    I swear it seems never ending to control the less desirables out on our country place ......

    They are some corn stealing varmints. Around here I box trap em but in your situation that wouldn’t work unless you can check the trap often.

    we have 2 box traps and ketch about one a year , these here coons are really smart and good at bait robbing too .....
    best medicine here is shoot the heck out of them when you see them ....

    I catch a couple every year with a live trap. Have to stake it down and keep them from getting to the bait from the bait end of the trap.

    yep , them rascals are champs at bait robbing , had one unwire the secured bait box and take it out of the livetrap recently ....go figure

    Only thing I won't take home and eat are these nest and bait robbers. Will come across families of them and with my .22 half of my over under shoot them all and leave them for the coyotes. hardly any predators anymore and so few trap them and have come across many nests of quail or turkey that they have cleaned out entirely.
