    we keep getting RAIN at our country place !
    the red top the neighbor put down is THRIVING !
    and my patch is doing it too ....
    man is dove season gunna be stupid good ....

    Awesome. Reminds me of our families farm. We have one pasture that had a single tree in it like that one. Good memories

    I think its an old pecan and yep the only tree in the 75 acres of grassland next to us .....
    similar on my other side is the other neighbor too , sure makes our woodlot behind all that open field grass a wildlife haven ....

    We are getting our much needed rain this morning and it's expected to last most of the day. we haven't mowed grass in over 2 weeks/

    hates to have to mow , but it beats drought all day long , let it rain is me ....
