Hey friends. I had a cousin who passed away of a stroke back in September. His wife gave me a very nice single shot .410 breakover shotgun that he owned.
Cannot find any ammo for it at all. If any of you guys could locate some #6 shot in any brand, please advise. I’m not looking for cases of the stuff, just maybe 2 or 3 boxes of 25 shells per box.
Be advised, I am no terrorist of felon.

Looks like Sportsman's Warehouse has them.

I think you'll find this is the case most places. Almost all ammo has been in short supply since Covid and manufacturers can't meet demand. Stores never know when or what ammo they'll get. Finding what you want in stock is like winning the lottery. Online is almost as bad.

I was at the Southaven, MS Sportsman's Warehouse yesterday. They had 16, 28 and 12 gauge shells only.
My granddaughter has a 410 and can't find ammo either.

You should really consider a case if you can swing it. It wont go bad if stored correctly, and shells are not going to get any cheaper. Better investment than the stock market.
I had cases of hunting loads in storage for years and didn't have a use, sold all the ones I didnt need to buddies and friends of friends during the shortage for about 4 times what I paid.

Been seeing .410 ammo on our local auction site lately. Not sure what kind of prices, length, or size shot. That usually is an indication around here that shells are starting to hit the shelves. Used a .410 for a few years for turkey and squirrel hunting. Sure was fun.
