Default Saw him up close ....

Actually all 3 of my largest local bucks on camera this year , together in the field at less than 50 yards on the wrong side of the fence at 10 minutes too late to shoot as well
Of course the best part of my last sit was a ridiculous amount of deer all over the place.
Not whacking much and feeders galore and I counted as many as,14 does in one group.
Saw at least 10 bucks and I think 28 total doe
Can't bring myself to kill a small buck .....
No KABOOM is my native American name....

there was a time I might have resorted to more drastic measures to get one of the bigger bucks , but just not my speed anymore .
get a kick out of watching them interact as much as shooting at them these days
the 2 big ones fighting with a small one watching them up close in a learning mode yesterday morning was very entertaining
at 31 degrees , both the big boys was a puffing out steam like an old freight train
and the young fella was dancing and play fighting a bush right beside them
pretty hilarious when the big ones grew tired and broke off and the closest one turned on him .....
sent him scurrying off right quickly
besides all that H hammered a coyote during a trick play I set up and that was very cool ...
i told him to sit still and went into the woodlot on the edge of the place upwind from him
thought it would push a sneaky buck his way , but it turned out to be a sneaky coyote instead
sure did shoot him full of holes , shot him 3 times ...
back leg , front leg and chest for the finale KABOOM ...
