    Deer in about 3 miles tonight. Fields are opening up. Great to see so many deer.

    I have around 13 come threw the yard every night. If you ask the Shep. They come through just to torment her. They climb up 4 steps onto the deck to eat the tomatoes.

    They do like that bird seed. The FIL was telling me how he feeds 50 pounds of bird seed every week. There were deer tracks everywhere. He wasn't feeding the birds

    Hunting season has ended, so…..they don’t mind being seen. Turkeys everywhere around my area as well.
    Maybe they will bite this one……

    That's funny Micanopy. I was talking to a another hunter yesterday and it came up how these deer seem to disappear in November and December around here! I find out Monday which Turkey season I get to hunt. Looking forward to it. Last year was the most fun ever. Will be hard to top that one.

    Let the dogs romp around outside while I walked around the property. Couldn't take 2 steps without stepping on a deer track.

    saw around 20 on our place yesterday afternoon total , that is likely a record high number for our spot in the woods .
    made me happy to see so many at one time for sure ,only one still had a rack btw ,,,,,,
