OH YUMMY!!!
for around 6 hours at 250 and about a 30 minute 350 quick finish in the oven to get the internal temp to 180 .
made for one fine smoked wild hog bone in ham I tell ya ….
diced sweet white onions and diced jalapeno on a crisped lightly bun …..
20 chopped samitchez later I am convinced I will do it again …..
but only just to make sure it wasn't a dream ….

You ever hear of a Sundrop , mustard BBQ sauce? There is a place here in SC that has it. I know it would be great on those sandwiches you have there.
