it was mentioned about some pulled pork sandwiches the other day .
I am sad to report back the rest of the smoked lil piggy didn't get pulled and sandwiched
it got thinly sliced ,chopped and mixed with a spicy red salsa and put on just made flour tortillas and consumed in record fast fashion by our production employees at work though
and um ….yeah I ate one too …...mmmm to yum

That's some delicious looking bark on that piggy!
Johnny, how would you compare the taste of the wild pork to domestic. I have never had any.

we soaked the little piggy for 2 days in a sugar /brine ice bath and wild does taste slightly different than domestic most of the time .
the pork flavor is much fuller I think would be the word ,but when prepped properly and its the "right" size its a dinner table blessing for sure
