HAHAHAHAH thats funny. Cant find it readily but there is a recent youtube video of a big elk with a hunting blind all tangled in his antlers walking through the woods.
Teenagers will be teenagers and for sure we got a good laugh looking at the cards last week . Seems one of the youngsters thought some ones hay bale would make a good joust or 2 and ended up with a good deal of the netting stuck in his horns.
I bet it was golden to see the Olympics of deer gymnastics once he realized it had him good . The way its balled up suggests he did lots a flips and rolls getting lose from it .
Anyway let me formally introduce Salad top as we named him
about half the bucks on our lil place have dropped horn and we also saw a group of does that was encouraging at 6 together and that's the largest number we have seen together to date .I find it interesting that the one group of bucks that stay on our place dropped way before the new visiting group .
coons are extra abundant and large and possibly need thinning some .
and hog numbers and sightings are down quite a bit .
looking forward to card retrieval this weekend I am
stay tuned

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
this is the second time I have seen this believe it or not , 2 years ago when I was scouting a property I thought about buying two large bucks jumped up and ran across a right of way and the second one had a really large amount of sky blue twine in his rack .
the first buck jumped the fence and the second "tried" to go under it …..and man did he lose his mind getting out of that fence

Shouldn’t be hard to find his sheds, hopefully both sides fall off together.
I bet we dont find his sheds ...but it could happen
With that many bucks in that lil wood lot I have seen only 1in the driveway so far

Driveway!,you got it too easy,we gotta hit the hills, hollows, briar patches, and honeysuckle thickets to find sheds.
