I hear you on the Deer being spooky....Where I am hunting neighbors on both sides of me are really putting pressure on the deer...I been seeing lots of Doe's in daylight. The Bucks only at night on camera.
The deer around the spots I frequent are sure spooky right now.Anything out of the norm sends em down the road . Of course with all the human predation going on it isn't much of a surprise . The lease I have been in love with for so many years that I will lose after season is over is now surrounded by hunters in numbers as of this year . makes me sad to lose the lease but at the same time I am glad I don't have to deal with the competition . I watched one get out of his stand and walk away down the main deer trail across the fence from me . Only to double back and walk down it again to get something he had hanging in a tree by his stand that's 40 yards across the fence from me . Nimrods in the woods sure make for extra wary deer. The deer at the lease are super sensitive to human scent and them boys across the fence is laying it down like crazy .
anyway here are a few doe photos and to be sure no bucks are sticking them deer noses out of the woods as of this part of the season .

my little place I bought has bucks coming out in daylight some but even there with less pressure they are skittish .
I don't need any more meat though and as season gets close to closing I am thinking big horns may elude me this year .
I don't really mind though and am sure a day or so after season ends monster bucks will be out and about in the daylight right about 45 yards from my front windows of all my deer blinds ...
