I use my camp chair. Painted all the metal and side table flat green.

Why not? You can hunt in the rain, set up a heater when it gets cold, keep your movement hidden, and they're definitely used to it being part of the landscape.

Made some progress on my repurposed chicken coop/deer blind. Insulated ceiling and walls, fellow c.c member SpartanNation gave me some vintage knotty pine paneling......a few furnishings, heat, my faithful dog Wilbur and I’m all set!

Silt fence with stakes works very well as long as it can be put up a couple weeks before hunting it.

Ground blind- simple, camp chair painted flat green. Camo burlap cut into a poncho and draped over me. That buck was less than 30' from me when I shot him. I had to switch from right handed to left handed to get the shot. He walked 10' yards into the woods behind me and laid down for his final sleep.
