    bow season winding down in Va- but rut bout to bust wide open! got this one with the crossbow- he hit a scent trail I lay'd down on way in & followed it like a coon hound to the base of the tree! black power starts sat- ready to crank one with the .54!

    i have had that happen 3 times. other times they just walked rite past my trail. wish i knew what made it work, when it did. lol
