Share some squirrel recipes...I'll either cut em up, bread em in seasoned flour, dip in milk n egg wash then pan fry in little butter/oil.
Or cut em up put the pieces in foil with some BBQ sauce and onions with little beer wrap tight set off to the side of the coals on grill.

Our season was extended from mid May till end on Febuary and limit was 8 but now 12 per day. I'm just waiting till it is cooler!
