man our limit is only five here.
i got my limit yesterday morning, along with a limit of small bass, and a couple crapy. i tried 2 new things with the rats. i tested the air hose trick, and it works wonders!!!! releases the hide great!

I know you asked him but I place legs and backs with a little water in pressure cooker . Heat up to pressure ,then about 5 more minutes and turn off heat. Remove and roll in seasoned flour after pressure goes down . Then fry in Canola oil to a good crisp brown and tender inside.
