    How do you guys freeze them? I've been using a FoodSaver vacuum but I'm thinking of selling it in a garage sale this weekend. Need some ideas for the future.

    dont sell that vac pac, learn to save money with it! i vac pac vegies from garden, fish and all my deer. we buy bulk chicken and pork and vac it down. stuff lasts for longer than you will keep it! comes out just like it went in. what a great addition to life. lol

    I like em pan fried then cover em with chopped onions and portabella mushrooms and put the lid on for a bit and make gravy with the jiices and serve over rice.
