    Default Alligator hunters???


    Hey just wondering if there are any SC Alligator Hunters on here? Just maybe looking for someone to talk with and maybe exchange text or emails. I have been 4 times since they started it back and have been successful. Don't seem to be to many people that does it anymore. Most people just wanted to go and get the experence due to TV but i very much enjoy it and plan on doing it as much as possible. Shoot me a PM or just reply back.

    I got to go here a couple years ago. Would go again if I could draw another permit. Here we have to harpoon or catch them in a wire noose them before dispatching them with a bang stick or shotgun with #4 common shot or smaller. Only allowed to hunt 2 weekends at night during a special permit only season.

    Nimrod sorry it took so long to get back with you but work has been crazy. We hunt 2nd Sat. in Sept to the 2nd Sat. in Oct. We can hunt 24/7 with crossbow, harpoon, and rod and reel or snatch hook. We have to have gator secured next to the boat before disbatching. Handgun only. No long guns what so ever.
