Chest thumping by CTD, doubt they held any gov contracts anyway, so it's kind of a moot point. They had no problem in pricing Pmags at $100 a pop.

"Cheaper than Dirt"? They sure don't live up to their name.

"Cheaper than Dirt" I've never found anything cheap enough to buy.
22 ammo is the only store bought ammo I need. I bought 2 cases from Sportsman's Warehouse with their black friday ad. $4. off a box, my grandkids shoot a lot of it.

There's a lot of guys that are boycotting CTD for their price gouging. I never bought anything from them anyway so it's not changing my business any.

Stopped at Cabela's (8 miles from my house). Hit it lucky got one box of 100 - .22 LR minimags @ $9.00 per 100. (limit is 100 bullets). I got the last box on the shelf because salesperson said they had just restocked them from someone who had walked out at the register due the shells being to too expensive. What ever happened to the good old days of freedom?

The last CCI 100 pack of CB short, CB longs were $9.50 some 4 years ago. Shelves are empty, no use looking for them.

On a regular basis I have stopped at 8 different Wal-Marts and only once hit the jackpot. I have talked with numerous managers and personnel in the
sporting department and have had a different story in each store. I do believe some salespersons are telling friends when a shipment comes in and only
the friends get the opportunity to purchase ammo. I also know for certain CTD has regular purchasers that will stand in line to purchase and resale only
to CTD. The Wal-Mart price tag gets the CTD price tag placed over it. For sure it is not what customers want to hear and some have sworn not to do
business with CTD anymore. I do not plan to darken the doorway of any CTD again. Only luck will get you a chance to purchase ammo and today I learned
some Wal-Marts will allow you to put your name on a list and wait to be called if and when ammo is unloaded off the trucks. You must be within earshot
of the counter to get a chance to purchase only 3 boxes of ammo and only when your name is called. I don't personally call this freedom, more like
rationing and I have only one person to thank for it..................you already know his name. I do believe he is the salesman of the year when it comes to
BS, ammo and guns. Notoriously famous for the first and only by happen stance for the other two. The .22 is the most sought after ammo on the market
due to the fact almost all families have one in the house. I've had .22 LR ammo on back order at Cabela's for 3 months and still waiting. While I have enough
to last me a lifetime, I'm trying to help others at this time. Good luck to all.

CTD does not sell to Government because they can not extort the government like they can the public on pricing. 4 years ago they did the same thing and people keep buying......we are the problem. If we refused to pay it would stop but we won't as a collective group. I reload and stocked up on brass, powder, and primers long ago.

Government, CTD, and other things run a muck are not the problem....we are. We collectively talk big but do actually nothing other than complain
