Thread: 1st season harvest

We had a good 1st season deer hunting this year here in south central Illinois. My brother in law from Florida got the biggest deer of his life, but then again, our does are bigger than their big bucks. These are 3 of the 4 bucks taken.

I let a few deer walk but did see that coyote sat. evening and called it in by making a squealling sound with my mouth like a injured rabbit. Stopped it right in its tracks and made a b-line right straight to me. That is the second time I have done that. Very exciting
