Great article Steve. I changed my way of fishing this year. I now fish with minnows (as I always have) and casting jigs. My thought was that I was limiting myself by fishing blow downs/brush piles/man made stuff. By moving around I fish a lot more area, and if I find them I can also use live bait. I should have done it a long time ago. In fact it came to me while watching Richard Gene on You-Tube. I don't have Live-Scope, but use two Gen 3 Helix 10's I'm waiting for Humminbird to come out with their version. As you know, they have developed it; but, they are taking their time in getting it out. In fact, their latest flyer has it. I'll just wait. Anyway, looks like you are moving up in the professional crappie world. Good for you.
