Nice
Was what the fella was doing in the parking lot at the boat ramp .
In his wheel chair all adorned with his Vietnam veteran logos and minus one leg.
Wife was sitting right beside him and they were sipping cream sodas.
We were off the lake early because we had stuff to do.
As I passed them in my truck ,with my bucket full of fish , he smiled at me.
So I backed up a bit and said , hey you ketch any fish ?
He said yep a trunk full , but do not tell the game warden .....
I said well do you want to eat fresh crappie for dinner ?
He said yes sir .....
Long story short , they didn't have anything to put them in ....
So he got a nice batch of frisky big ole crappie in my 5 gallon bucket to take home with him .
I get free 5 gallon buckets and it made me pretty happy to see him smile that big .
KABOOM is near ....
NO I do not take photos of fish giveaways , didn't even ask him .....not cool ....
But yes we took a few pictures in our crappie.com ballcaps out on the water ....

was in the check out line 2 days ago , some lady up in her possibly 70 range was having some issues with gathering enough change to pay up .
all the folks standing around were getting frustrated and just watched with scowls on them faces .....
I was 2 folks back and watching as well .....
said excuse me and walked past the ones in front of me .....
said I got this and hit the machine with my credit card ....
funny how dropping 20 or so into a machine could make so many folks all happy as heck .....
it is one of those things , AND pretty sure I won, on who was the happiest in that crowd .....just saying
