Default All good things come to end

After 25ish years pouring/painting/baking Litewirehooks I decided to allow 2 friends to take over supporting customers of Litewirehooks. Derrick Padgett (bpjigs.com) and Russel Odom will be taking over and making improvements and offering more tackle for fishermen. I will still be answering questions that may arise. They have formed an LLC and secured Tax number. Please support these guys….they good.

I would like to personally thank Ed Moses (our Slab) for his support over the years. Many Many years ago at Talquin, I mentioned to Ed that I would like a website “Litewirehooks.com” and his answer was “ I can do that” and thus the start of Litewirehooks.

To all the friends that I have met thru Crappie.com and Litewirehooks, I would like to say it’s been my pleasure knowing you. I’m not going anywhere, just decreasing workload and hopefully fishing more. As my grandson one said, (Pa, it don’t get no better than this). Best wishes to all…..Curtis Hobbs….litewirehooker.

Cool Curtis, more fishing is a good thing. And all the best to Derrick and Russel for keeping the business in the family (kinda). Your jigs give folks more confidence in the thick stuff for sure.

I hate to hear this Curtis, but am happy for you at the same time. You have provided me with a lot of jig heads and belly spins over the years and always went the extra mile to get me what I needed with some extras to go along with them. Best wishes and tight lines!
