Went to stores today they were 25 minutes away. Only time I had that was Canada.

tackle shop said lake flooded and use spinner baits and speed worms for bass he was right got two nice bass on speed worm. Will switch to bass this trip and try for crappie when spot looks right

Today spent five hours casting for bass and bluegills with nothing. I came across a bank with cattails and 8 foot deep a rod length from cat tails. Saw many fish on Scope turned out they were crappie. Got three 12” fish on bone head stump but black and yellow with eyehole jig. I thought it was pretty good fishing first time. The whole bay loooked great fish not cooperating though. Water was up a few inches from yesterday and was 71 at end of day
