Jim and I combo trolled on Lake Oconee Thursday. As usual we trolled 1 mph pushing 8 rods and pulling 8 rods. When we started around 8 a.m. we marked a lot of fish 5 to 10 feet under the surface. I thought we were going to wear them out when I saw them at that depth. As usual I was wrong ��. We did catch some good fish and we have worked harder for less. Later in the day the fish got deeper so I went deeper. I rigged 3 rods with double 1/16 jigs and a 1/8 ounce sinker. I caught 3 fish rigged that way. We had an enjoyable day on the water as usual. If you watch the short video I hope you enjoy but I must warn you there is a trash fish alert.

Thanks for sharing. Keep saying I’m ready to go but life keeps getting in the way. How I was able to hunt and fish before retirement beats me.
