    Default CLARKS HILL

MY BUDS and some family are headed to CLARKS HILL crappie fishing last of FEB. NOT TOURNEMENT FISHING, just fishing for fun. If anyone could steer us in the right direction it would be a great help. I fish Kerr Lake nc/va a lot and would be glad to return the favor anytime. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

I've had success that time of year in Fishing Creek, Little River on the Georgia side (Holiday Boat Ramp) Big Heart Creeks and Germany Creek. I'm sure there are many more but these are the one's I have first hand experience on. If you launch from Amity Recreation area you have good access to all of the above mentioned.

THANKS A BUNCH, that gives us some places to fish instead of going in the dark

Soap creek is good early spring and you are not far from Little River on SC side.
There are places close by to stay, like Soap Creek Marina and Elijah Clark State park.

The end of Feb all you will have to do is pick a creek and start heading back towards the back of it. With your electronics you will find the fish starting about midway back.
