    Default SOLO COMBO TROLLING OCONEE

I fished Lake Oconee yesterday. I had to fish hard to land 14 good fish. The fish were in deep water. The further upstream I went the fewer fish I found. If I had started in the deeper water yesterday morning I would have done better. This weather has the fish moving in then moving out with all of the cold fronts. There is a lot of good fishing yet to come. The video tells the story. Use additional weight if need be to get down to the fish. Get there early. The bite seems to be best early. I hope you enjoy the video.

Good video. I enjoyed it and congrats on your catch. I fished the Hill today. Never got in water deeper than 12' and spent most of the morning in 8'-11' deep and boated 53 crappies keeping 21 over 10". Even had one female about 12" long that had completely laid out.

Not trying to take over your thread with my doings....just wanting to let you guys know what I saw.

Enjoyed the video. If the fish were biting well, you'd have been busy running all over that boat from rod to rod. Not a bad problem to have, now that I think about it.
