Default Quick trip to knock the cobwebs out the boat...

Headed to Tobosofkee for a couple hours this morning to knock the cobwebs from boat and decided to try for some crappie since I was there. Its been 9 years since I last fished Tobo but knew a few spots to try.

Managed enough for supper and got the boat ready for our week at Oconee starting Sunday. Felt good to be out on the water again.

    Not bad for 3 hrs

Water temps at Tobo was 62.5, but no fish were shallow, all those were caught in 10-15 ft of water around wood. 5 females and 4 males and the males were not ready yet and the females still had bloody eggs.

Hopefully this wind will lay. It’s still blowing hard here.

Dont know which part of the Hill you are going to be at but my forecast calls for a pretty good week ahead. Rain Wednesday but all the rest of the week looks pretty good. Good luck to you guys.
