Orange and red are my go-to colors.
Do you think the color of the jig head makes a real difference to the fish or is it just a people pleaser?
If you could only fish with two colors of jig heads what would they be?
Orange and red are my go-to colors.
It makes a difference in my experience, I have caught crappie with unpainted heads, but have better catches with painted heads, especially if the crappie are finicky.
Florescence Pink and Orange are my go to colors, followed by red and white.

Orange and pink here
Orange and Yellow, especially the two colors together!
I feel the color makes a difference especially to the angler. I like or use chartreuse, pink and black most of the time. I clear water or the summertime I favor a white or neon blue. Just personal preference.
We were at a lake last week and if you did not have an Orange head, you did not catch fish. Period.

I guess I need to get some orange heads, I don't believe I've ever used orange. Chartreuse and black would be the two I use the most.
Pink and chart yellow for me.
