I have been thinking of trying new waters. I mainly fish Eufaula and a small lake in Madison, Fl. I am thinking about going to Blackshear, Talquin, or Seminole. I have fished Talquin a couple times 4-5 years ago. I live in Lake Park, Ga. and I am a teacher and as long as I have internet I can do my school work. I'll do a day trip but need suggestions on how the fish are doing, jig colors, and which would be my best choice right now.

I would like to stay around an hour or so drive because I don't want to stay in motels yet. Sent from my SM-G950U using Crappie.com Fishing mobile app

Every day you do not fish will be one day less you have to fish
I’d go to Seminole , Blackshear is small and gets ate up with water lice on the weekends...

Well it's down to Seminole and Blackshear. I will be going during the week just because of all the ski boat and jet skis.
What colors are working at Blackshear and Seminole? Do I need to tip with minnows?
