Lake Oconee Crappie
I've been fishing Oconee (Sugar Creek) for stripers lately and found the bite active in the evenings just before dark. I'm looking to switch back over to crappie fishing which I haven't done since last year...
Any tips on where to start the hunt for them this time of year? I usually fish them in the colder months so this is the first time going for late spring crappie.
Colors of choice?
Boat Ramps on Oconee you recommend to access?
I'm mostly familiar with Sugar Creek area but open to trying new ground.
Thanks and hope everyone is staying safe out there! It's been a great time to fish to get out.
