    Default Oconee report


    Tuesday report. Water temps 44 degrees and really stained and floating debris in most places. Started before sunrise and what a beautiful chilly morning and no wind. I fished a lot of places with no takers and marking no fish. I started fishing creek mouths and found a few smaller so I decided to fish the creek close to where I live. I have fished this creek many times and it never produced. well it was the clearest water and NO floating. I said to myself I'll try it one more time. I was pulling double 1/6 oz jigs and grape/ chat was still the ticket. In the last hour I caught 20 and took home 6 really nice fish. Oconee has some really thick fish!!! Sure glad we moved here.     YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR THEM SOMETIME BUT WHEN YOU FINE THEM YOU CAN CAUGHT SOME, THE FISHS YOU ARE HOLDING LOOK GOOD THANKS FOR THE REPORT.
