Dont be scared to go shallow, some have spawned and some are moving up as we speak to spawn. So if you dont catch any out deep try moving further back into the creeks to troll and also throw a cork and jig to any structure (blowdowns, grass, etc).

Up little river is where i would go as well
Had a slow day the wind blew all day the ones i caught were in about 12 foot of water

I fished CH(south end) Thursday water temps were 58-59 early moving up to 62 later. I caught fish in the channel to 2.5' of water, kind of crazy. I kept 15, average about 1.25, largest was 1.88. Wind was terrible!
Monday kept 28 water temp 62 to 64
