Good job Robbie!
I had not been on the lake for over a month and I had no clue where to start just went fishing . Started in the mouth of a little feeder Creek and had some brush piles Marked here and there so there’s where we began our long trolling my neighbor and me . The water temp was 56.5 to 57° the fish were scattered at 6.5-8.9’ fow we were pulling 1/24 jig heads color was not super important but sour grape chartreuse red chartreuse may have one today we ended up out on a main Lakepointe and that’s where we found the majority of the larger fish we were there just after daylight finished at 2 PM at 40 fish 22 of them were 10 inches or better The majority of the fish to me looked like they had Spawned out skinny ,thin ,tales damaged we did have a couple that still had eggs kept eight for the grease release the rest.

Nice bunch of fish there. Better than four walls or yard work. Lol

You did good. i didn't see any fishing being caught without minnows including myself. Managed a few but all were small. Wildcat was my best color.
I Support a Crappie Slot/Size Limit
I never use minnows...I make all my own baits, from hand poured jig heads with custom hooks, to hand tied and custom soft plastics. I get a lot of greef from my team geezers about not putting minnows in my boat. If they knew I had a minnow bucket I’d never live it down. Lol . We help each other with info, brush pile gps coordinates . I have 1192 waypoints on toona.
