My son and I had a good Sunday on Allatoona with 30 nicecrappies. They were hitting a Char/White Blakemore Roadrunner. The biggest onewas 15”. They’re boneless, and ready for the fryer. Now, all that’s needed is agood recipe.

Let the fillets soak in yellow mustard , for a hour or so, then this is small batch double for a lot of fish 1 cup of meal to 1/4 flour, salt garlic powder onion powder old bay black pepper season the dry cornmeal flour mix well! Drop fillets in the mix then shake off excess! As soon as they are out of grease sprinkle lightly with Tony Chachere’s . Now for a sauce. Ketchup mayonnaise sweet tai chili sauce and a little Sriracha mix well that’s bang bang sauce!

Thank You for the great recipe it was really good. My wife of 32 yr. really enjoyed it, and it looked like she wanted to break her chain, as I wanted to slap that smile off of her face, but I knew that would not been productive Fo Sho.
