Default Foggy day on Sinclair 2-10-18

It was heavy fog all day yesterday at Sinclair...I mean pea soup type fog, visibility was very limited and then there was the added pleasure of all the bass boats running full speed without regard through the thick fog in search of the almighty ditch pickle.

That being said, Water temps were 51" water was clear in the creeks, but the backs are muddy and will get worse with all the rain forcasted...fish were deep 20-25 ft and were finicky...best color was dark, trolling double 1/16's. Caught a bunch of short fish, but invited these 10 home for dinner. Great day on the water despite the weather ( the weather people dropped the ball on that forecast) and all the obnoxious ditch pickle fishermen.

I was really surprised how clear the water was around the boat ramp across from the old power plant. I met a guy down there to show the boat. Water temp was 54.6. The boat sold so Its time to rig the G3 with new stuff. Thanks for the report Dutch
