    Default LAKE OCONEE 11/7/17 (video)

Jim and I fished from 6:30 to 10:30 and finished the day with 16 nice fish. The bite was good until the sun came out around 9:30. We combo trolled as usual. The water was 68-69 degrees. Blue ice seemed to be the best color. I long lined double jigs with 3/32 on top and a 1/32 trailer. We trolled 1 mph. In the video I tried to show how we rig when combo trolling and also some of the action from this morning. I hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching.

Yeah Hobo I'm destined for fame. I have my sights set on Hollywood. I hear there are some openings there as of late.
On the serious side I would like for you and other pullers to chime in with helpful hints. None of my doings are original. I learned them all from others on this site.

Great report and video as usual. Thanks for sharing, your info on rigging is dead on. Me and wife love pulling but when temp drops to upper 40s low 50s we will drop shot minnow bump bottom near channel ledge below shad.
Thanks Hotwater, LONNY thanked you for this post

That sounds like an interesting technique.

    Jay,
I watched your latest video. It was great. Andy and I trolled Sugar Creek last Thursday and caught 14 keepers. The crappie stoped biting around 10 AM just like you said. Must go very early to catch those fish.

    See you on the lake.

That's good news I'm glad you all had a good day. You better watch out or you will be "hooked" on Long lining. Sugar Creek should really be turning on very soon. Thanks for watching. Good fishing!
