Looks good but I do think Micro Spoons has the trademark onj those spoons. I would check that out before you go any further.

Thats why I named mine Laser Blades and not microspoons. Anyone can buy them at Bass Pro as blades and on line at any tackle dealer as just blades. Alot of people make them and call them different things. Keith just named them microspoons. Here is another example of another name for them. Not trying to start anything,,just doing my own thing and not stealing anything from him. His products are great and I'm sure he sells more than I ever will anyway. I only wish him the best at whatever he does, and again I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes

trademarks, copyrights, are tough. Look at all the "halfly" imitations. all that is needed is some subtle change. Yes sir crappieday came up with a great product and I love those little spoons I bought from them at russell. But keeping someone from creating a knockoff will be almost impossible. a little bend, a longer shank, different eye, anything just a tad different makes it different. The name "microspoon" is safe but the knockoffs will be there.. Just ask any inventor...
