    Default Allatoona 3-20-2016


    Made the trip to Allatoona Saturday. On the water at Fields Landing at 7am and fished until 11:30. Action started before we got the 3rd pole in the water. I was in the front with 6 and my friend Bobby with 6 off the back. Trolled double 1/24 and double 1/32 in 5-11fow. Caught over 50 but kept 34. Biggest was 16" and 2lbs even. 5 others over 1.5lbs. Color choice was blue/whatever/ with char tail. Green was good for the last hour when the sun came out. Looks like the spawn has begun or will very quickly.
    Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!

    Good catch man I was killing them last Tuesday. And Thursday. Lot of big ones on pretty much the same colors except I don't run double jigs.
