    Default Oconee Report 5/28/15

Kowboy and I pushed and pulled jigs on Oconee today and caught 40-50 fish and kept 24. The morning bite was good and we had 17 keepers before lunch. The afternoon bite was not as good as it had been the last two trips.

That's a nice box of fish. Congrats. What is the surface temp at daylight?

We marked fish in the tops of submerged timber 5-15 feet below the surface. Kowboy was pusing and had his baits about 9-11 feet down. I was long lining and since I am new at it I can only guess that my baits were running about that same depth.
