    Default retiring


    sold my shop waiting on appraisal and final paper work . will be teaching the trade to the new owner . maybe when the water clears and git down to a good fishing i will be free to go .
    retired and now i will always fish

    Your life will change for the better. I never looked back when I retired in '94. My only regret is I didn't get back to serious fishing for a few years, but once I did it's been years of fun.

    bank has ok the loan just need a appraisals don . selling business building and rental house . no worry but fishing as soon as they train and take full control .
