Dodge Yes, Gillis Yes, but Paradise No. I have taken some really nice Specs out of these lakes. Best bet is in Jan and Feb.

Did Dodge open to the use of minnows? I know Paradise did.

Fished Paradise while doing a job in Nashville, Ga. Caught a lot of huge bass there! I think there was an article in GON about the fishing there. Probably find it on the net.
Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!

Yeah, Paradise and Dodge Co both have had articles done on their green carp. Paradise has a bunch of small lakes, some with boat ramps and some not, one of which is a trophy lake with a size limit of 22" to keep(it was closed, catch and release only in May when I rode through there). Dodge Co on the other hand, is an anglers paradise.....IMO. It has it all, shallow flats, shallow structure, deep structure, standing timber.........I found several places 25ft+. As for the green fish, lets just say the wardens have a wall of fame and they're not at all phazed with a 13lbs minnow!! There have been several teen pounders(13-16) caught out of there. One of my friends dad used to be the game warden over that region, he's originally from Fitz.
