    What's that fish Oconee.com boat doin back in my neck of the woods?? Ain't nothing goin back here anyone got some bolt cutters so we can run up to granite shoals?????

    PopR. I didn't know that was you!!! Yeah, I snuck in there trying to get out of all that wind. I really didn't want to be out yesterday, kinda figured the bite would be real slow. Don't worry, I probably won't be back in there this year

    Yeah we was sneaking around in the little stick steer until the wind got to around 85.. no matter where you got the wind will find you at Oconee! We'll eat good tho

    how many did y'all end up with on Sat??? Today we caught 18 nice fish and only 1 throwback.

    We actually caught more friday in the rain.. had 14 by 10.. dried off and then bass fished most the rest of the day. (that was up richland) Saturday wasnt so good, i think we managed 5 fish but only fished for about an hour when the wind layed down a bit right before dark. The old man managed 16 monday with that nice 5 mph wind and sunshine. Oconee isnt what it used to be. I can remember goin in Sandy and Rocky Creek in both the morning and evening and limiting out along with everyone else in there during spring back in the 80's and early 90's. Just dosent happen any more. Seems the numbers aren't up like they use to be. What happen to the Biologist the state was to hire for just Sinclair and Oconee? Wonder what there thoughts are on the fish these days??
