I tried Crappie-Maxx and not a big fan. Seems to me it would break lot easier............and that is with litewirehooks............Don't use anymore.

Every day you do not fish will be one day less you have to fish
I haven't tried Crappie-Maxx...since I am still using Mr. Crappie (original). I stocked up on it when I heard it was no longer going to be made as Mr. Crappie. I have enough on hand to last a couple of life times. #6 Mr. Crappie and I can about pull a stump off the bottom before it will break.
My buddy has had mixed results with Crappie-Max...usually has to strip a couple hundred yards off the spool to get to the good line.
I also like Ande #6 in flo. green.
For the Everlasting Glory of the Infantry.
if you leave them in the light it will detoriate the line . from reel to tip of pole and back to handle is 25 ft on a 12 ft . pole
retired and now i will always fish
I use 6lb test on all my long line poles.
Well, I went out and bought me a roll of this fishing line and I really liked it a lot. I was worried that the fish would see it and head the other way, but we ended up with 12 good fish that night. Now, I have to figure out how to post pictures. Lol
I use Mr. crappie hi vis yellow all the way...I do use line conditioner on it when shootin docks! 6 lb test will straighten a hook ! Unless its a Matzuo sickle they break!! heheheh
