Crescent, if wind gets up go to Dead Lake or Dunn's Creek.

Crescent got less rain and not a direct river flowing through it. Lochloosa/Orange is hot now too!

Heard good reports catching fish in pads with minnows. I plan on being there during that timeframe. I hope most of the stained water will be gone by then .......Lat Sat/Sun duckweed was on the lake and made some areas untrollable........

The main lake is muddy, but clear in the creeks. Unfortunately, the fish have shut down and the lake levels are down about 2 foot! Many of the bedding areas are dry and many boats are dry too. Should get better by weekend and maybe the front will be settled in by the middle of next week. The river was still rising earlier today about 60 miles north of the lake. The bite was awesome up until this AM when the lake was dropped so may come back fast!
