I would try to reach out to river hawk...he's a dock shootin wizard on Sinclair. I'd have to say if I were goin at it blind, deep water docks off main channel is where I would start
I'm coming home from College this weekend and was hoping it has gotten cold enough to shoot some docks, my boat needs to be run and I was wondering what would be the best way to catch something on Sinclair, I've heard Oconee's producing pretty well but I don't want to drive that far. Hopefully ya'll can point me in the direction of some good fishing when I come back. Thanks

What part of the lake do you fish?
If your asking me that question....I have shot docks all up and down The main channel out of crooked creek marina area, twin Bridges ,ans Little River landing to Haslam's Marina...All over, but I haven't shot docks on Sinclair in awhile...Been at Oconee Mostly.
LA007.....I'd look for trees or structure in 15 to 25 FOW regardless of the technique that you are using. The fish are really really really stacked up on them right now. On the right brushpile or 2, you can make a day out of it without moving. Seems to be the same all of the lake. Just try to avoid the clearer water. I hope this helps.

I agree with crappychappy. All the posts I have read from this site and many others are about the same. Trolling or pushing seems to be what is producing fish. For me it is about finding structure trees brush etc camp out on top of it and drop down minnows. Work all around it and you will catch a lot of fish and good size ones at that. And the more stained the water the better. Good luck
