    how did you mount your rod holder "tee" base to the floor?

    That's a motorguide 54 lb 12 volt foot controlled with 360' gator flex mount.....great tm...got if off ebay brand new saved about $125.00!!!!

    How do you slow it down enough to slow troll with it? I have a 40lb model and on my jonboat and 1.2-1.3 mph is as slow as i can make it go.
