Meeting at The Lumberyard 2 List

It looks like the initial response has been more than we expected...And that's a good thing!!!...It's less than 6 weeks away and we need to start doing just a little planning. It looks like around 60 people will be eating with us, so it would be helpful to know who can or will be bringing something. Below is a list that I will update as often as I can so everyone can see what all the others will be bringing. We just want to make sure we have plenty of food and nobody goes hungry!!!...We are planning on eating around 12:30-1:00 on Saturday afternoon so everyone can fish the morning and afternoon bite.....Lightwirehooker and TnT should have plenty of fish to fry up and we'll take care of the cookers, gas and grease. Other things we will need are cole slaw, cheese grits, baked beans, french fries,drinks, cups, paper plates and untensils, napkins, desserts or anything else you may think of....Just chime in and I'll add it to the list below.
to edit a post after a short length of time a moderator has to do it . you can pm me PAPASAGE and i will be glad to add you and what you will bring . this will be less trouble than going through T&T.

I have plenty of cups, paper plates, knifes, forks and spoons in my camper. There is a cooker on the deck if we need another one.

We pretty much have what we need for Saturday with the exception of the drinks and condiments...We are also needing some things to go along with the Catfish stew on Friday night...Whatever we don't have for either day, I'll just run to the store and grab it and there will be a Donation Bucket for those who would rather just donate.
